Vacuum Stonebond Resin 600

MBEPOXY® VACUUM STONEBOND RESIN 600 is formulated for normal vacuum perfusion to internal reinforcement of permeable cracks. Use with 600 GSM Fibre net.

APPLICATION:

1.  Coating and crack filling in natural marble block ,Granite block, Italian marble block and all types of stone blocks.
2.  Used to fill and repair minor and major cracks and small-large surface defects like fissures, pinholes, and hair-thin cracks on the stone.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. Dry the stone materials to be repaired properly, which can be exposed to the sun for many hours.
2. Seal the debris tightly by wrapping it with a diversion net, vacuum bag, etc.
3. Under the scrap, install the rubber feeding nozzles at the suitable positions.
4. Thoroughly mix resin and hardener in a 3:1 ratio in a disposable bowl.
5. Pour it into the epoxy and then connect the pipe inlet and epoxy-feeding nozzle.
6. For the epoxy filling, open the vacuum tank and control the pressure accordingly during the epoxy filling.
7.  After the epoxy-filling, the rubber nozzle is sealed.
8. The vacuum tank is turned off after 24 hrs.
9. After 12 hours, the epoxy is set.
10. After 72 hours, you can carry out the remaining procedure.
