Italian Marble ALK 21

MBEPOXY® ALK 21 is best suited for Italian Marbles and Alaska Stones. These marbles are explicitly challenging to process due to their low hardness. MBEPOXY® ALK 21 repairs minor surface defects and gives at strenght. MBEPOXY® ALK 21 is a completely clear and transparent coating.

 APPLICATION:

1. Coating and repairing defects in natural marble.
2. Coating and repairing defects in Alaska stone.
3. Formulated for a high gloss mirror-like ­nish.
4. Repair minor defects, cracks and pinholes.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. Keep the stone under sunlight or heat the raw slab (At 40.c) or heat 50°-60°c at 120 min.
2. Thoroughly mix resin and hardener in a 2:1 ratio in a disposable bowl.
3. Apply the mixed material on the entire marble surface with the help of a brush/roller/putty knife.
4. Heat it to 40°-60°.c for 2-3 hours.
5. The slab is ready with a laminated ­nish.
