MBEPOXY® Bottom 63 is liquid form epoxy.It is used to ­ll and repair surface defects on the backside of the stone.It is used to repair defects like pores, ­ssured and pinholes. it is use to give more strenght to the back side of stone.

APPLICATION:

1. Coating and repairing defects in the natural marble with fiber net on the backside.
2. Coating and repairing defects in marble granite tile.
3. To fix severe backside surface defects.
4. To repair large cracks,pores,fissures on the backside of the stone

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. Keep the stone under sunlight or heat the raw slab (At 40°.c) for 120 minutes.
2. Thoroughly mix resin and hardener in a 4:1 ratio in a disposable bowl.
3. Apply the mixed material on the entire marble surface with the help of a brush/roller/putty knife.
4. Add the ­ber net and again apply the mixed material on the complete backside surface of the stone.
5. Heat it up to 48°-55°.c for 125- 150 mins.
6. The stone is completely ready after 24 hours.
