HOT CURING LIQUID EPOXY CASTING SYSTEM

MBR 818 (Part A) is a modified liquid epoxy resin based on bisphenol- A with moderate viscosity.

MBH 9545 (Part B) is a low viscosity modified anhydride in liquid form.

A 6742 (Accelerator) an accelerator used in small quantities (0.5 – 1 pbw) to expedite the curing process, ensuring efficient curing even at elevated temperatures.

Silica: Added in substantial quantities (300-375 pbw) to enhance the mechanical properties, thermal stability, and overall performance of the final product.
