MBR 818-MBH 9552- Accelerator-Flexibilizer-Filler

LIQUID HOT CURING CASTING RESIN SYSTEM (THERMAL CLASS H)

MBR 818 (Part A) this is an unmodified epoxy resin, which forms the base of the system.

MBH 9552 (Part B) this is a modified liquid anhydride hardener that reacts with the MBR 818 to form a solid cast.

FLEXIBILIZER (optional) can be added up to 20 pbw to enhance the flexibility of the final product.

Filler typically silica, added in substantial quantities (270 pbw) to improve the mechanical and electrical properties, as well as the thermal shock resistance of the cast.
